Specialty coatings include all types of fluid applied flooring, such as: epoxy flooring, stained, sealed or polished concrete, concrete overlays, concrete splatter texture and more. We use only the best material, keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely completion and work closely with the you to create your vision.
Epoxy flooring has many different applications and looks. The advantages are numerous, including but not limited to: anti-microbial finish, a more hygienic seamless application, durability, very low maintenance, ADA rated slip resistant finish, and longevity is unparalleled.
Every flooring install, regardless if the slab is new or old, begins with a preparation process that includes mechanically grinding or shot-blasting the surface. Once the initial grind and vacuum process is completed, the crew will address any imperfections such as minor leveling, or addressing small cracks. The surface is then ground again to achieve the national industry standard (CSP II-III), ensuring maximum bond of specialty coatings.
Commercial grade vacuums with HEPA filters and OSHA compliant dust separators are utilized during the grinding process to ensure that 99% of airborne dust is contained. Unlike the competition, every epoxy floor we install receives a vapor barrier. This is to protect our client's investment from moisture damage. Upon completion of preparation, the coatings will be installed via manufacturer specifications. Also setting us apart from the competition, we apply a protective topcoat for each epoxy system.
Servicing North Central Florida, in and around Chiefland, Gainesville, and Ocala.
During flooring, specialty coatings, or epoxy floor preparation process, imperfections in the slab are revealed. While minor repairs are included in the cost, sometimes there are more serious issues that need to be addressed.
Our crew is trained to identify and address major slab issues such as leveling, crack repair, trench-work, drain repair, sloping, and divots. We also handle other concrete slab repairs like ADA ramps, trip hazards, grip texture on stairs and walkways, curbing, cutting and pouring sections of failing concrete.
Moisture mitigation can be a scary term to hear, but our experts will walk you through the process. We are trained for moisture testing, hardness testing, and have an additional vapor barrier that can be installed allowing for hydrostatic pressure up to 25 lbs psi.
Residential or Commercial Pressure Washing - hot or cold water pressure washing for pool decks, patios, driveways, walkways or houses.
Sealing pavers or outdoor concrete - All Phase CPI Inc. can apply a sealer to pavers or concrete once they have been properly pressure washed, to prevent mold, mildew and discoloration.
Pool deck waterproofing - One well known aspect of owning a pool is that the deck gets wet, and often stays wet due to weather or continual use. If it is not waterproofed, the constant exposure to moisture and chemicals, combined with UV rays, can cause damage and cracking. Waterproofing your deck will alleviate these issues. by adding a protective layer that prevents water fissures from forming, and mitigating damage from chemicals and UV rays. Concrete overlays, concrete stamping, and splatter texture can be added over the waterproofing.
